About Stef

I believe clients should know a little backstory about their therapist. And since you made it here, it seems you do too...

I am born and raised in the Bay Area.

I live in Oakland, CA with my pit bull, bubs.

Growing up, I was a competitive horseback rider. This was my world. 7 days a week, holidays and weekends, I was at the barn or a 3-day competition. I attribute this part of my life to the reason why, as an adult, I have so much dedication to anything and all things.

I consider myself a creator. I found makeup early in life. The world of self-expression through color always fascinated me... Being a makeup artist inspired me to learn ways to help those who are struggling within.

If you struggle with sense of self, I see you, and I have been there too. I want to support those to know that you are more than your mental health diagnosis, you are a whole person.

As a therapist, I try to always work from a foundation built honoring your past experiences, and celebrating your inner and outer strength. After all, our stories make us who we are. Whether yours needs a "chapter rewrite" or a "total do-over", I got you.

We'll do this together.
